Hey bro
I've reviewed some of your 1v1's, but your match history shows so much team games it's hard to evaluate but what I do realize is that like ryanfmc you play without a real purpose and a non-well thought out plan. For example, sometimes you get your forge at some extremely strange early timing, and your probe production also needs work. against zerg on a map like agria valley where the natural is so hard to defend but not the main itself when you played against TheI your BO was really strange because I don't remember you getting a sentry o.O and the probe production is... meh...
The easiest way for you to improve will be constant probes until ~3 or 4 saturated bases. This might be hard in some maps, but what I sometimes do is get 2 sentries, some stalkers to defend the place, then in a map like agria where the natural is so open I get chargelots, where surround is easy and travel time virtually zero. I also like to keep my nexuses at 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. so I go 1e2e3e4e5e etc.
Then try going an opening for every matchup that works for an actual reason (not because "it seems to work most of the time"), expanding at the usual 7, then transitioning into whatever counters. For example, against zerg I like starting with 2 gate robo and a few sentries into early collosus (usually, if I scout lings or hydras) and more fodder gate units. Sometimes, though, when I see them going mutas or corruptors I get phoenix and hope to try to micro my way through and harass.
The main weakness I see you having is not enough units early game. Me too! That's why I like sentries, forcefields <3
Will try to answer every question you have...
