When you choose to only censor whole words, if a censored word appears within another word it will not be censored. For example, if you censor "hi" to change to "hello" then "high" will change to "hellogh" unless censor whole words is enabled.

yep its true.. when i was editing my work (for school) i wanted to make sure that I didnt use lower case 'i' for the "I" (referring to oneself). when i told spellchecker to change "i" to "I" it changed all my i's to "I".. i was like wtf.. =_=
